Emotional Wellbeing Support Groups
SOS Hamilton is pleased to announce that we will be holding Emotional Wellbeing support groups on a monthly basis this year.
These consist of 12 modules/workshops that are independent of each other and yet closely inter-related, have an educational focus and are experiential in nature.
The purpose of these groups is to continue to explore and deepen the knowledge of who you are; take ownership of the process of change that is required to help you be your true self, and to avoid weight gain and the potential transfer of addiction.
It is also an opportunity to help support each other on this amazing (and sometimes scary) journey of weight loss surgery.
- Meetings are free
- Meetings are held the last Tuesday of every month (where possible, however please check dates!)
- RSVP please to help us determine numbers - email or phone 07 859 0185
