The SOS WLS “back on track” getaway is a weekend program for WLS patients. Each day is packed with activities designed to help you re-focus on your weight loss goals. With specialist guidance from our team of experts and three days just to focus on you, we hope you will leave reignited with some practical skills and tools to help to achieve lifelong successful weight management. Self Esteem Enhancement Courses / Workshops

Donna Southwich, Consulting Therapist to Surgical Obesity Service, will be running two weekend courses/workshops on Self Esteem Enhancement – one in Hamilton 19-20 May and again in New Plymouth 26-27 May.
